IAS Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Lucentive Labs Ltd handles personal data when you visit ias.dev, use IAS Hub, or contact us about IAS.
Who controls your data
Lucentive Labs Ltd, Cyprus company registration no. HE 489645, is the controller for personal data collected through ias.dev and IAS Hub. Contact us at hello@lucentive.io or at the address in our Imprint.
Data we process
We process account and identity details, workspace membership, contact details, product usage, support communications, security logs, device and network information, and the repository or integration metadata you choose to connect. Where a paid service is offered, we may also process billing, subscription, and tax information; payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by IAS.
Why we process it
We use personal data to provide and secure IAS, authenticate users, administer workspaces, deliver support, prevent abuse, maintain evidence and service records, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Where a paid service is offered, we may also administer subscriptions and calculate applicable tax. Our legal bases include performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where requested, and compliance with law.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing and tax workflows, Convex for application data, Vercel for hosting, and communications or monitoring providers used to operate IAS. They process data under their own terms or our instructions. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention and security
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal duties, and protect IAS. Retention varies by record type; billing and tax records may be kept for statutory periods. We apply access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and operational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or your local supervisory authority. Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is legally required.

We may update this notice as IAS or applicable law changes. We will publish the current version here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
