IAS Terms of Service
These terms form an agreement between you and Lucentive Labs Ltd, Cyprus company registration no. HE 489645, for access to IAS and IAS Hub.
Commercial availability
IAS does not currently publish a verified public price, trial, purchase path, or renewal offer. If a paid service is offered later, the agreement shown before acceptance will govern that service.
Future paid agreements
Any future price, tax, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms must be stated before acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies, withdrawal rights, refund rights, or other statutory rights.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate billing and tax information. You must not misuse IAS, bypass security or usage limits, access another customer's data, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, violate law or third-party rights, or use IAS to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized surveillance. You remain responsible for repositories, instructions, approvals, and outputs connected to your workspace.
Service and changes
We aim to operate IAS reliably but may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms with reasonable notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively; continued use after their effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data. You must have the rights and permissions needed for data, repositories, and integrations supplied to IAS.
Disclaimers and liability
IAS supports governed work but does not replace professional judgment, review, testing, or approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAS is provided without implied warranties and Lucentive Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for IAS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
Cyprus law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts in Cyprus have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Questions can be sent to hello@lucentive.io; company address details are in our Imprint.
